Welcome to Text Effect Generator. Our plugin allows you to create high-quality, stylish text effects directly in Figma. By using this plugin, you agree to the following privacy and service terms.

1. Information We Collect & Privacy

To provide a seamless experience without requiring a separate account, we adhere to a "Privacy First" principle:

• Figma User ID: We only access your unique Figma User ID to manage your credit balance, subscription status, and generation history.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or passwords.
• No Font Installation: Our service operates entirely through our cloud API; no font installation is required on your local machine.
• Internet Connection: An active internet connection is required to communicate with our AI processing servers.

2. Subscription & Payment Terms

All financial transactions are securely handled through Figma's official payment system (powered by Stripe).

• Plans: We offer a Free plan (for non-commercial use) and a PRO plan ($8/user/month) for commercial use.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Figma account settings.
• Post-Cancellation: After cancellation, your PRO features and credits remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments follow Figma's official refund policy.

3. AI Generation & Credit System

• Credits: Each generation consumes credits.
  • Free Users: 100 credits (approx. 10 generations).
  • PRO Users: 1,000 credits/month (approx. 100 generations).
• Processing Time: Each generation typically takes approximately 30 seconds. Processing speed may vary based on real-time AI computation, network conditions, and system load during peak periods.
• Output: All results are provided as image files, not font files. Results may vary depending on text length and selected styles.

4. Commercial Use & Intellectual Property

• Authorized Use: PRO users are granted a license to use generated outputs for commercial design projects (e.g., marketing banners, social media, UI headlines).
• Restrictions:
  • Free plan outputs are for non-commercial use only.
  • Generated content is not recommended for trademark or logo registration.
  • Usage for font training or other use cases requiring exclusive intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
• Watermarks: High-resolution exports for PRO users contain no watermarks.

5. Quality Guarantee & Credit Restoration

We strive for stylistic coherence, but due to the nature of real-time AI computation, rare visual distortions may occur.

• Credit Restoration: If you experience a generation failure or clearly abnormal output (e.g., visual glitches), please email [email protected] with your Figma User ID and screenshots. Once verified, credits for the affected generation will be restored.
• Exclusions: Credits cannot be restored for results that do not meet expectations due to personal aesthetic preferences or creative differences.

6. System Stability

To ensure fair access for all users, we reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits to high-volume usage.
